I am wondering if there is a way for me to post video textures on my amazon s3 account and have computers on burp incorporate them into the frame they are rendering. Each frame would have it\'s own URL on S3.

So say for example I\'m rendering a plane, with a video texture. When burp serves a WU the client would see that the plane has a texture, and see that the texture was one online. then It would download the appropriate frame from the texture folder, and render the plane with a texture. The reason I ask is that some textures might not fit in the file-size limit for files being uploaded to burp.

No, I\'m sorry. At the moment the client only allows access to textures contained in the .blend file. This is both due to system limitations and security.
There are plans to allow the inclusion of \"texture libraries\" and \"model libraries\" in future versions of the client. Furthermore there are plans to allow these libraries to be specified on a per-frame-level (to enable upload of precalculated physics simulation files etc for instance). This is pretty advanced stuff, though - are you sure you can\'t just do the video in a second pass outside the renderfarm?

I don\'t remember seeing this in any of the goals or other such files, what stage is this scheduled for?

Backend support for this is already in BURPv.3 - however the web interface and clientside code for it is not scheduled to be done before late in Beta. The rollout plan is to start with clientside support, then XMLRPC support for configuring a session with libraries and then the web interface last.
