What happens if people don't "accept" beta? Will their accounts just become inactive and not receive new work, or will they do work that falls under the old licenses? I remember this was discussed as a possibility back when the flak about the new licenses was flying around.

The accounts will not be deleted, they will just become inactive, since once the two sessions currently in the queue are done there will simply not be any more work available under the old license.

People who have rejected the opt-in will get a message on their clients saying something along the line of "The server does not accept requests from your host" and are encouraged to detach their hosts from the project.
