How bad person I'm if i'm going to make few, lets say two or three uploads of same idea, to check video before final product? I'm thinking now of uploading few stills and later upload the final product as video.

There is typically a delay of around a day or so to get your sessions accepted - this is the same regardless of whether they render instantaneously or take a month of CPU time to render. More often than not it is faster to render previews on a standalone machine rather than to use the farm, but there are exceptions to everything.
