Hi

Whenever I try and add this project to a computer is seems to add then resets and detaches. If it detaches none of my PC's will be able to get work when it is available.

If the scheduler isn't up, you can't attach. You'll have to wait until it's online.

You can create an account file "account_burp.boinc.dk.xml" in your boinc directory. Then restart the boinc client and it will try to connect the project as it does with each other of your projects.

greetings

BamBam

Here is the content of the file, you must add your account id instead of the three points:
<account>
<master_url>http://burp.boinc.dk/</master_url>
<authenticator>...</authenticator>
<project_name>BURP</project_name>
<project_preferences>
<resource_share>100</resource_share>
<project_specific>
<color_scheme>Tahiti Sunset</color_scheme>
</project_specific>
</project_preferences>
</account>

Yes. The scheduler was updated to the newest CVS version. This should take care of this problem in the future.

The project is currently down, as per the message in my boinc client. I'm assuming you can't attach to the project while it's down.

If you are a new user and the project is down or no WU's available then you
will not be able to attach. SOP.

I thought they fixed the issue that there needed to be work available in order to attach.

There is difference between project being down (such a data server being offline, or the schedulers turned off) and no work.
