There appears to be an issue with the Blender sequencer (which is used in this session).
It seems it will reset the settings that BURP set up and always render the entire frame with the settings for that particular subscene. This will have to be fixed in a future version of our patchset for Blender (added to known problems).
Also, this issue resets the progress report frequency to whatever the split selected in the subscene is set to. If it is at 4x4 it will only report progress 16 times during a workunit, which is a bit too seldom to generate exact progress estimates.

Expected behaviour is instead to render only the necessary part of the subscene and render it with the full report frequency. Fixing the issue has been marked as medium priority meaning that it should be included in the next client release if at all possible. Unfortunately the next client release hasn\'t even been scheduled yet (meaning that it may take quite a while before this is fixed).

Your session was accepted without splitframe rendering because it is anticipated to complete within the limits set for a single machine.
