Description

Still live
This is a scene i am making as a study in light usage in blender. Its not an animation but a still frame. The textures are packed, and applied all the settings as requested. I used blender 2.45 for this.

Rendering a single frame which cannot be split into multiple parts is faster on a local machine than on a distributed renderfarm.

Hi Janus, thanks for your comment. But i was wondering why cant this still not be split in multiple parts. Does burp not support bucket rendering. Btw to render this image takes me on my machine something like 24 hours.

Greetings,

Werner

Hi Janus,

Thanks for accepting this image to render. And i want to thank all the people who donated cpu cyles for this. But i was wondering what is changed to render this picture?

Anyway, i have to work on the glass material, and the aoc settings to get this image the way i want it. Any tips?

Greetings,

Werner
