Issue: Sunflower sessions were blocking speedy normal sessions from rendering on the part of the farm that cannot participate in the Sunflower event.
Why: Workunits for Sunflower sessions take longer to render and fewer machines are available, so they piled up in the scheduler filling it so that no more units of other sessions could be created.

Solution: The scheduler has been updated with new session categories based on the renderer that they use. This way BURP tries to ensure that enough workunits for each category will stay available for BOINC clients at all times and that no one category will be able to dominate the other. Within each category the normal prioritisation rules apply (currently workunits are created randomly there).

We may see some issues pop up with this since it is still very experimental. For instance the scheduler crashed tonight because of an issue with the queue length, I'm looking into getting it up and running again as soon as possible.

Has this an influence on the download-rate?
The init-file for session 1117 (which is about 59 MB) downloads very slowly with only 5-6 kbps and hangs sometimes. I still have it in the queue for over an hour now...

Yes, since the server was down for the entire night we're catching up with downloads that were otherwise meant to happen during the night (the last big data files for Sunflower are still being streamed for some of the hosts that are eligible for that).
The worst part of this backlog is done already, things should clear up in a few hours from now.

Also, since session 1117 has extremely quick workunits the server is being a little slow at handling connections in general.
