looking at the image result of frame 1 and comparing it to what i rendered on my computer it looks like BURP put a part of frame 250 on frame 1.

I just seem to upload problems. :D[/url]

Janus - What do I need to do to fix the problem with the shadows and what I think is the normals? Also in the environment settings i had stars checked and they're not showing up in the render. Are stars not supported?

If you were talking about the first .blend I uploaded, I was using a different method.

Before .blends are sent to the farm a short test is run where part of a frame is rendered and reviewed by a human. There were no stars in that test.

Ok. The part I am worried about is the ship itself. It is not supposed to do that.

Here is the image that I rendered locally: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-ASmirAfhl3cTl5bFN6dkJLUGs/view?usp=sharing

Edit: Is the test done using 2.71?

Ok. That explains the stars. But the ship is not suposed to render like that (see link above.) The back of the ship can be seen from the front of the ship.

If I recall correctly it looked like that even in the OpenGL preview in Blender before rendering
