Renderstreet supports Filmic, and filmic is now almost considered the must-have Add-on for rendering (although it's not technically an add-on) But now that I swear only by it, I can't use any renderfarm that doesn't support it because there is no way to use it after the render is saved into an image. I don't know if BURP supports any add-on but since filmic is not really one (since you don't enable anything in the add-on preferences but instead replace a folder in the Blender directory), I wonder if there is a chance you could make an option for it in BURP. https://caetano-veyssieres.com |

Blender will quite likely eventually support these kind of custom profiles directly through the compositor at some point. Its just a matter of time before people get tired of having to restart Blender in order to switch between the default profile and different profiles (there's not just one Filmic version, it seems). We already unofficially support HDR for scene referred colour rendering. Once the render is started you can download and play around with different OpenColorIO transforms by converting into display referred formats (like through Filmic or similar) through the compositor on your own machine. You have to select OpenEXR output in your scene and ask for it to be enabled in the upload description text. I don't think anyone has ever tried this, so would be cool if you are interested in giving it a shot to see if it actually works and gives the same results as if Filmic was on the farm. |

Very nice - it looks like it is working as intended then! Thanks for testing it out |
