No to start new thread. Please give ours processors some work, even if it is not fully suitable for project in that time. Its better that spamming your server with work requests.

Well, it is actually suitable right now - to test the very new clientside code - and a new batch was supposed to have been started this monday, but something came up and has kept me busy this week. Hopefully I\'ll be able to start a very large batch of work this weeekend.

We got some work = thanks for that, but not much - is all up/working now and you just need sessions - or are we waiting for some more changes before the sessions can be processed ?

My computer has not had work since boxing day \'26/12/06\'. I see that there is work waiting to be started, any idea when this will happen?

Cheers

@Janus: Maybe a good time to test automation for your manually invoked scripts? ;)

I still haven\'t got around to fixing the timing issue with the client and (as usual) other issues are keeping me terribly busy as well. January is a very busy month for me.

On a good note, though, it seems most of the clientside issues (orphaned blender.exe etc) are related to the update frequency that is used to report back to BOINC. It is pretty easy to increase this frequency with very little impact on render speed. I hope to include these two fixes before the next release.

The remaining queued (ready) sessions will be released later today.

Yeah, feels like overhead will be too much but then you try it and it\'s not :P On Renderfarm I\'m updating progress percentage on *each rendered pixel* :)
