Hello!
I\'m Dirk from the almost world-famous village Beuern near Giessen in Germany ;-)
Born in 1973, my many hobbies are killing my time to work ;-) I\'m a great Star Trek (see picture!) and Metal-fan (many styles). I also read books (guess what?), but I\'m writing books and short-stories myself too!
First of all I want to find E.T. so my first interest to use BOINC is SETI. After so much more projects are launched I participated in all other known projects to keep my computer at work. |

I\'m only running BURP to keep my computer at work when the other BOINC-projects are not running ;-) But BURP hasn\'t this much work to do at this time. I hope there will be more in the future.
I haven\'t read yet what BURP really does, but I wish, there would be a screensaver or so to see what is happening in the application. |
